Investigative Skills

If a debtor absconds, we are able to trace with our online tracing facilities, whereby we are better at locating them.

 

Legal

Our legal division assists on legal matters for debtors who require further legal action. This is also a way of saving you, the client, costs.

 

Customer Service Skills

We offer outstanding service and ensure your arrear debts are collected and paid. All debtors' reports and payments are delivered once a month, after recons took place and the accounts have been updated.

 

Fees

We work within legislated guidelines and comply strictly within the boundaries set by the Debt Collectors Act and the National Credit Act.

 

Pricing

Our pricing is very competitively structured, and we derive most of our revenue from the debtor and not the service provider (you, our client!)

Who we are?

 

QCS has more than 6 years' experience in credit collection, with branches in Durban, Johannesburg, Cape Town and Pietermaritzburg.

Doing things our way:

 

- We receive your debtors' details via any electronic channel, and may even collect it directly from you if you prefer.

 

- We load all information into our database and collection system.

 

- Our efficient collections team proceed to contact your debtor and make a payment arrangement, as regulalry as is necessary to collect on the debt.

 

- We provide you with a full feedback report on the progress and collection of each debtor at least once a month.

 

- Our collections team operates during normal hours, however after hour service may be provided for debtors who are difficult to contact.
